Reduce anti-social behaviour especially around Bishops Green
Local Police have been working on a series of theft of Bicycles from the area.
Please ensure that you have recorded the frame number of your bikes and if possible take a photo for your records.
This information can then be passed to the Police if the items are stolen and will assist in locating the stolen property.
Reduce speeding across the beat
We would like to thank residents for their patience during the recent closure of A34 due to a fatal accident.
The road closure hugely increased traffic on local minor roads on Friday bringing many villages to a standstill
at a time when local farmers were also harvesting.
Other incidents of note
A quantity of used tyres were stolen from Ball Hill.
A bicycle was stolen from the Bishops Green area.
A bicycle was stolen from a property in Highclere.
The front window of a vehicle was smashed whilst parked in the Penwood area.
The front window of a vehicle was smashed and a handbag stolen from a vehicle along Church Street in Woolton Hill. The handbag was ‘hidden’ under the passenger seat. We have said this a few times before but PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES IN YOUR VEHICLE!!
